Your first score arrives the morning after your first night (or day-sleep) with Aurry installed and Health access granted. It sharpens over the first week as Aurry learns your baseline.
Check that your work calendar is up to date — the score is computed against your roster. A night marked as a day off will score your 2pm sleep as unusual instead of as recovery. Hold any day on the calendar to correct it.
Settings → Schedule → Edit work calendar → Pattern Entry → Set pattern. Build one cycle from Day / Night / Off tiles, pick the date the cycle starts, and apply. Individual edits always override the pattern.
Anything that writes sleep and activity to Apple Health: Apple Watch, and most third-party wearables via their own apps. Aurry itself needs an iPhone on a recent iOS.
Turn on Sleep guard (Settings → Notifications) — it suppresses every ping inside a planned sleep window from your work calendar. If your calendar is empty, Aurry assumes night sleep.
Not yet — export is on the roadmap for a post-V1 update. Your raw health data is already yours in the Apple Health app.
Settings → Delete account. It erases everything Aurry holds and revokes your Sign in with Apple token. Your Apple Health data is never touched.
No. Aurry is wellness information to help you notice patterns. For health concerns, talk to a professional.
